What this app accesses. With your permission, Deal Agent uses the
Gmail API for one purpose only: sending email as you. It requests the
gmail.send scope and nothing else. It cannot read, search, label,
or delete anything in your mailbox through that permission.
What is sent. Only replies to brand emails in your own conversations, written on your behalf and sent from your address.
What is stored. A Google authorisation token, held on the operator's server so replies can be sent without asking you to sign in again. Alongside it: the brand emails processed for you, the replies sent, and your rate preferences. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with third parties.
Automated processing. Email content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to decide whether a message is a real paid offer and to draft a reply. It is not used to train models.
Removing access. Revoke at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking immediately stops the app sending as you. To have stored data deleted, contact the address below.
